We’ll need your event date, venue, guest count, start and end times, budget, timeline, inspiration, and any floor plans or renderings you have. We’ll review everything and usually have an estimate back to you within 24 hours.

We regularly work at Fort Mason Centre, Greens Restaurant, The Pearl, The Academy of Science, The Legion of Honor The Presidio, The Four Seasons,The Moscone Center, The Flood Mansion, City Club, The SF Opera, Ritz Carlton, The SF Jazz Center, The Palace Hotel, The Conservatory of Flowers, The Hibernia, The Mint, Golden Gate Park, Julia Morgan Ballroom, The Conservatory, The Bentley Reserve, The Fairmont Hotel.
Every event is different, but most galas range from a few thousand dollars to well into six figures.
The biggest factors are guest count, number of floral pieces, and installation complexity. We'll help you prioritize your budget to create the biggest impact.
On average, you can expect to pay $300 and up for a centerpiece.

Cocktail hour calls for perfect little arrangements on the tables and often a show-stopping floral display at the bars where everyone gathers for a libation.

To wrap things up, many galas include thank-you bouquets for sponsors, honorees, speakers, or special guests.
