Yes. We're florists, not a flower-in-a-box company — every online order is designed and hand-ribboned by a real florist. Same quality as walking into the shop, just from your couch. We care and are take your trust very seriously.

Q: Do you deliver? Can I pick up the flowers?

Both, your call. We deliver straight to your venue (or wherever the chaos is happening) or you can swing by and grab your order yourself. Just let us know which when you check out — we'll have it ready either way. PRO TIP: Order your deliver for the day before. #1 goal - have as little to do on your wedding day as possible!!!

Q: May I personalize the color, style and stems?

100%, our website is mean to be a helpful guide. Pick your items and choose the color that is closest write us some love notes in the check out about tweeks. We're just here to make it gorgeous. If you would feel most comfortable with sending an inspiration picture, that is cool with us. Place your order and replay to the your order confirmation with that picture. This keeps your picture and the order all in one place.

Can you help with our wedding at San Francisco City Hall?

Yes, and we love a City Hall wedding and we are just a few blocks away. That marble staircase deserves flowers as dramatic as it is — we'll pick blooms that photograph beautifully against all that grand architecture (and hold up through a quick ceremony and a dozen photo stops).

When should we order?

Right now! Check it off your list. But generally 24 hour notice is minus and 2-3 weeks out — but if your wedding's this weekend and you're panicking, call us anyway. We'll do everything we can to make it work.
