How to Book Us for Your Wedding

Here's exactly how it works, start to finish — no mystery, no runaround.

We're a luxury San Francisco floral studio, and we've produced thousands of weddings. We're experts at keeping the process simple and fun, while producing glorious flowers for your gathering. We obsess over the details so you can relax.

1. Fall in love first

Before anything else, browse our website and our gallery. Make sure you love our style and can genuinely trust us to do the work. You should be generally able to trust us before you reach out — that's how this works best.

2. Tell us your vision (All subject to change)

Email an rough overview to orders@acmefloral.com or complete our little inquiry widget.

What do you want for flowers, and where? Centerpieces, bar arrangements, cocktail hour, a focal arrangement for the ceremony scene, flowers on the stage — walk us through where you picture flowers showing up throughout your event.

When and where is it happening? Your date, your start and end time, and your venue. All of it matters for how we plan delivery, setup, and timing.

We know you ust started planning so It's totally normal if things are still coming together. And it's also normal for things to change. But the more details you give us the better we will be able to create your estimate.

3. Set your style and your must-haves

This is where we figure out the level you're going for:

• Exquisite, world-class, the Neiman Marcus of florals — no expense spared, the most striking stems we can get our hands on. Often you're fluent in botanical varieties.
• Lovely, designer's choice, seasonal — beautiful and thoughtful but we would love it to be more seasonal designers choice that works in our budget.

Neither one is "better" — they're just different visions, and both are ones we love designing for. Let us know if there are any must-have stems, or anything you'd rather we leave out entirely.

4. We will prepare an estimate for your review.

5. Lastly, with your approval of this plan, we hold your date on our production calendar with a deposit payment.

Here's the honest truth about our favorite clients: they give us the vision, the budget, and say "make it happen — make it as impressive and glorious as possible." Then they let us handle the specifics.

That trust is what lets us do our best work — and it's often what lets you get more than what you paid for. We're constantly watching for the exceptional find: a vendor with surplus peonies they need to move fast, a batch of garden roses or orchids at a fraction of their usual cost. When that happens, our full-trust clients are the ones who benefit — because we already know your vibe, and we're not calling to check whether burgundy peonies work for you. We just know they will.
