Absolutely. If you'd like to order online, we suggest choosing the arrangement you believe the recipient will like the most. Write us a quick note (it's Kirk and Jeremiah, your florists. (Nice to meet you—tips hat,winks and exits stage left). We will read the card message sentiment and maybe consider whether it's going to a home or work, then produce a gorgeous seasonal arrangement that is relaxed, crazy fresh, and appropriate.

Short answer - usually mid day between 11am and 4pm.

Longer answer - Because every arrangement is handmade and every delivery route is a little different, we can't promise an exact delivery time. If your flowers need to arrive before a meeting, after lunch, or by a certain event, tell us—we'll always do our best to make it happen.

Ordering for a birthday? Anniversary? "I really screwed this up" moment? Earlier is always better, but if it's last minute, give us a call. We love a good floral rescue mission.

Yes! We offer same-day flower delivery throughout San Francisco for orders placed before 1:00 PM, subject to availability. If you’re cutting it close, give us a call—we love last-minute orders and will always do our best to make it happen.

Our couriers travel about an hour in every direction, so if you’re in a rush, let us know. We’re florists, not psychics.

Absolutely. If you have favorite flowers—or a few you'd rather avoid—just let us know when you order. We'll always do our best to include them, depending on what's in season and looking its best at the flower market.

If you're requesting specific flowers like peonies, keep in mind they may be seasonal or more expensive. If you have a reference photo, even better. Email it to orders@acmefloral.com, and we'll let you know what's possible and provide pricing.

Yes! Sculptural, asymmetrical, moody, colorful, elegant, or completely unexpected—we love creating flowers that don't look like everyone else's.

If your goal is, "I've never seen flowers like these before," you're speaking our language. Send us a few inspiration photos, describe the vibe you're after, or simply write, "Make it weird." We'll take it from there.
